When All Hope is Gone
This Sunday we continue to follow Jesus after the resurrection as He continues to appear to his followers. This Sunday we join two of Jesus’ disciples who are broken in spirit because of the death of Jesus, walking away from Jerusalem toward the town of Emmaus. We will read about their story in Luke 24:19-33.
Our theme for worship this Sunday will serve as a powerful reminder that no matter how dark a situation may be in life, situations that, in some cases, we may feel that all hope is gone, God is closer than we think.
I invite you to come and be encouraged, renewed, and strengthened in the understanding that even though we may not recognize it, He is walking with us.
